Including this header may automatically include other headers, such as <ios>,
   <streambuf>, <istream>, <ostream> and/or <iosfwd>.

C++11

Including <iostream> automatically includes also <ios>, <streambuf>, <istream>,
   <ostream> and <iosfwd>.
